dishes are locally and ethically sourced and created by our highly experienced catering team.

Working closely with sports scientists across myriad of sports including Rugby, Football,
Boxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, Judo and more, we have selected dishes that either
improve performance, increase muscle gain, encourage weight loss or aid recovery
after a heavy work-out. You can either create your own that benefits you the most
or let us know your requirements and leave the choice to us.
